How to use this tool #

Zoom can be used to create online training sessions. Instructors can take advantage of Zoom’s high-quality video and screen sharing capabilities to present topics and demonstrations. The document sharing and whiteboard features can be used for dynamic and visual learning. With Zoom’s breakout rooms and polling features, educators can create interactive learning environments where students can collaborate, discuss, and actively participate in group activities. Furthermore, Zoom’s meeting recording function allows trainers to record sessions: a very useful solution for promoting “self-directed” learning.

When it comes to work-based training, Zoom offers specific features for real-time interaction. Trainers are thus facilitated in conducting one-to-one or group meetings with learners. Screen sharing and live chats allow trainers to carry out demonstrations and workshops, interacting in real time with learners. Additionally, Zoom’s breakout rooms feature allows trainers to create focused discussion groups where learners can collaborate, sharing insights and comments to solve a problem or develop a project.

Similarly, in the area of ​​support for job inclusion and placement, Zoom allows mentors to conduct one-to-one or group sessions. Through screen and document sharing features, mentors can provide mentees access to documents, resources, and tools. The “breakout” rooms functionality also allows you to create private spaces for confidential discussions and support sessions.

In the area of ​​supporting self-entrepreneurship and business creation, Zoom can be used for remote presentations (virtual pitches, networking events and collaborative meetings) in high video and audio quality. Zoom’s interactive features – such as “whiteboarding” and “polling” – facilitate discussion and brainstorming activities, as well as laboratory activities.
