Description #

Google Meet is a tool for organizing virtual meetings in a very simple way. These meetings have meeting codes, unique passwords that are created for each video call. This is a secure method, as only users with the code will have access to meetings. Anyone with a Google account can create an online meeting with up to 100 participants and 60 minutes per session.

How to use this tool #

In the field of training, Google Meet stands out for being an easy-to-use platform. Leveraging its user-friendly interface, trainers can seamlessly share slides and multimedia during sessions. Sessions can be recorded. Collaborative brainstorming is facilitated through Google Jamboard. It is possible to set up surveys and quizzes to encourage active participation, use and understanding of the training contents.

As part of mentorship and work-based training, remote mentorship sessions can be conducted with a certain degree of customization. The platform’s interactive features, such as Google Jamboard, and virtual breakout rooms facilitate collaboration, a problem-solving training approach and the sharing of resources. Recording functionality promotes learning flexibility. Video sharing and a high-quality screen allow you to enjoy high-definition content.

Google Meet can also be used effectively for mentorship and coaching sessions aimed at work inclusion and job placement. Interactive features, such as polls and Q&A sessions, allow for timely interaction and exploitation of feedback.
